Mike was recommended to us, and I can see why. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and went over all my options for the repair. I was actually charged a little less than the estimate. My experience is that this is an honest business that will treat the customer right. Of course, we all hope that we will never need car repairs, but in the event that it happens again, I won't hesitate to bring my car in!

Mike the owner has one employee, he's top notch. Mike gave me a fair price and did the work same day twice now. He even picked me up! Great shop! They're my mechanic for life!

This is a GREAT place to get your car serviced. Mike Smith with Total Automotive, Inc came highly recommended. I was a little nervous since everyone we had used up to this point as a mechanic was dishonest; I really did not trust anyone!!! Mike changed my view. Finally, I had found someone that would not rip me off -I found him to be the most honest mechanic around, very helpful-great advice on my vehicles (we have had 3). My husband and I will never take our cars to anyone else. I really appreciate Mike taking the time to get to know us not just as customers but as people. We have been using Total Automotive for the past 6 years and knowing what good hands we are in for our automotive needs is one less thing to have to stress about!!!

I was a huge fan and a customer of Mike Smith at Total Automotive for 2 years. Not any more. I bought a used jeep for my daughter and paid Total Automotive a $1000 to make it dependable. The jeep's engine froze up in less than 30 days. My daughter only drove 15 miles a day. Mike felt no responsibility in the matter. He offered to charge me $2300 for a used motor that I could buy for $1400 and charge me a discounted $1300 to put the motor in. I found another mechanic who will do it for $700. Needless to say, I've lost all respect for Total Automotive and Mike Smith.
