Got my vehicle back looking like it was never damaged. No signs it was ever hit and paint matched perfectly. Price better than dealership quote. Add customer service means Galson is as good, or better, than it gets.

Great service and done in Avery timely manner! I had a bumper replaced and they matched the color perfectly! They also touched up all my scratches and buffed my headlights! All this was done in a couple of hours! Very satisfied!

I bought a used car for my son and asked them to look it over thoroughly for any problems and especially for any safety issues. They did a few things including replacing all the hoses.



After I got the car back the starter burned out. I took it to another mechanic and he advised that it was not grounded properly. Also, the hose for the the windshield wipers was not hooked up so when you put windshield wiper fluid into the reservoir it just pours onto the ground and the car horn is not working.



Almost 2 weeks ago I sent an email through there website with my concerns and to date I have not received any communication. At the very least I felt they did not do a very thorough job and the customer service was lacking in that they did not even acknowledge my concerns.

The good and the bad

We've used the body shop a couple of times with good results. However, our last visit didn't go as well. The body shop did okay, but the repair shop overlooked things, forgot to order parts that were needed...they didn't seem very organized...the problems that come when you have more work than you can handle, I guess. Anyway, we'll use the body shop again, but not the repair side.
