After repeated phone calls with no response, delays in work, poor quality of work, incomplete work and promises of discounts for all of our troubles, they changed their mind and demanded payment in full. We met with one of the principals of the company who apologized for all the mistakes but still insisted on payment in full EVEN THOUGH they still had not completed the work. In addition, he promised to return the balance of material (siding) which we paid for and did not receive. To this day, they have not delivered the material or contacted us.
