Rancourt Paint & Body

I recently took my truck to Rancourt for an electronic problem. BJ and the crew there did such a a great job troubleshooting the problem and explaining what they found and the options I had. I choose not to replace a very costly sensor but fixed everything else.

I have used Rancourt for over 5 years and they are trustworthy, honest and provide quality work on Automotive and Paint and Body work.

upon leaving my car there i cleaned out a few thing from my vehicle but left some items i didnt feel i would need while my car was in the shop. Once i got it back i noticed i had missing sunglasses ( 120$) and other items from my cuphold on minimal worth also missing. i brought it to the attention of the manager and basically was told "we are not responsible for belonging in vehicle" i guess that means their employees can steal with no repercussions due the fact as i was told "we have signs post saying we are not responsible"- the manager at rancourt. If its not Rancourts fault that my belonging were stolen while in their hands then whos is it? after speaking with the manager i got off the phone feeling like i was basically being told it can only be my fault that they were taken.
