        I have taken my car to this shop twice and both times I have been treated with nothing but the utmost respect and FANTASTIC Customer Service. During my last visit, an employee actually came outside of the shop to make sure I'd been helped (I, in fact, had already been helped, I was simply getting something out of my car). They really care about their customers and will even recommend another repair shop if they feel they can't do the work. They even called another repair shop and negotiated a deal for a waiting customer while I was there. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! PLEASE GO SEE THEM.

        We use to take all our vehicles to Kaufman Tire in Buford. One of their employees went to work at Joey Watkins so we took our business to him there. I have to say, everyone is so much friendlier. The cost is more reasonable and the service is great! They are not pushy they just provide great customer service and meet the need.

        Every time we go to Joey Watkins, we have gotten great service. They are easy to deal with, and the wait time isn't long. We've never felt pushed to have more repairs than what we came in for.
