        Overall

        Work in Allen, called yesterday before 5pm to see what time you closed, was told you closed at 7pm. I pulled up at 5:45pm, door was already locked. I was irate! I used to live close by and still used you guys after I moved to Plano. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I'm really going to have to consider ever going back to your location again.
