While picking up my vehicle, I received nothing but attitude from the clerk. You can only use 1 form of payment (no cash and credit)....this was NOT posted anywhere and clerk could not provide proof of this rule! The clerk also threw my license and insurance card to me! Her overall attitude was hideous!

Not only are they shady, i witnessed them break into multiple cars in the parking lot to remove the parking break, and to remove my car from being in gear, there is no law that allows them to enter your vehicle without consent, they also are legally obligated to allow you to enter the lot and retrieve personal belongings.

Only scums and low-lives of the planet would work at a place like this. They towed my car out of my own apartment building. My building requires a parking permit and mine fell on my driver's seat. The crook who towed my car was so eager to steal my car out of the garage didn't even bother to see it was sitting on the seat of my car. I've heard numerous stories about these THIEVES stealing cars out of parking lots even though patrons were not in violation of any rule. These towing low-lives need to go find an honorable profession.

This company SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! It towed away my car. When we went to pick up my car, we were not allowed to check my car until the cash/Debit card payment. My car got damaged by them during the towing process. They not only rejected to offer a partial refund but also gave us a nasty attitude!!! The only way to do complain is email their customer care! WTF!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS EVIL!!!
