        worst customer service

        crate and barrell has wonderful, quality products for sale, but if you ever need help with a situation, pray you do not need to talk to these people. Evan, Holly (customer service mgr), CoCo (Store Mgr) are all horrible. You can never get a call back when promised. It will take you weeks to reach what should be the simplest of resolutions. Cash and carry customers should do fine, but beware if you must order and wait for anything.

        Wonderful home furnishings store! Their location is huge. On the first floor you can find housewares, small electrical appliances, plate settings, glassware, etc. The second floor houses their furniture: dining sets, bedroom sets, living room ensembles. Crate & Barrel even has a balcony showcasing their patio/outdoor furniture. There is no wonder why so many brides register here for their wedding. The store has wonderful, high quality merchandise for every decor.
