Everyone very nice and caring. Took time to listen and thorough follow up. Very confident in the care they always give me.

I ask the scheduler if he had experience with Lyme disease and was told he had. When he saw me he told me he had no experience. He was upset with the dermatologist that did not even checked my condition with lab test and was treat for Lyme. Still he made the lab test. And took ownership of the situation.

He was right to the point.
