Dr. Sharon Ornstein

Do not waste your time here. Dr. Ornstein loves to keep you waiting and waiting and waiting. She doesn't apologize for her wait either. She believes her time is more valuable than any patient. Not even an apology for keeping us waiting for an hour only to start her unprofessional "we are short staff". I'm so glad we learned this today instead of when she had you under sedation. RUN away as fast as you can. I wouldn't even let her see my worst enemy. I would rate her professionalism as a negative 1000. It seems they've never heard of the telephone to call and let you know they are running so far behind.

I went in for a dental implant after my regular dentist told me my root canal had failed. I was expecting lots of pain & missed time from work. I was so wrong! I had my surgery done on a Friday at the Frisco location & returned to work, ready to go by Monday! Surgery only took 45 minutes & I only needed one pain pill after surgery. The staff was very polite & helpful with my insurance. I would recommend anyone who is missing a tooth or like me had a damaged tooth to have it replaced with a dental implant at Dr. Ornsteins office! I enjoyed it as much as a person can enjoy a dental surgery. THANK YOU THANK YOU!
