I've never experienced an unnecessary wait. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I've been coming here well over a decade now. My experience with Dr. Hargrave and her staff has always been a wonderful experience.

I always have a pleasant visit at The Hargrave Eye Center. Dr. Hargrave is the greatest and the office staff is always professional, courteous and friendly.

This Dr. And her staff were amazing to me and I think saved me vision and my actual eye from an ulcer on my cornea caused by my contact. I was terrified and after my trip to the ER, Dr. Hargrave was able to see me right away on a Monday. She was up front with her diagnosis & I knew I needed to follow her instructions to the letter if I wanted to save my vision in my right eye. After wearing contacts for 45 yrs without a problem, this was all new to me. Her office staff, especially Debbie, were kind and understanding of my fears. My treatment continues at this time, but to be able to see more than a colored blob in my damaged eye, is a miracle to me. Trust in Dr.Hargrave and her staff if u have an eye injury. They will do their very best to help you and as long as u follow their instructions to the letter. Highly recommended

Dr. Hargrave is the best. She explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel comfortable during the visit. She evaluated my eyes, diagnosed the issue. Went through all my options for care. The office is very clean, and the equipment seems up to date. No question that she's the best doctor when it comes to advanced eye care.

Recommend this place. Bottom line, fantastic experience with Dr. Hargrave and her staff. When in for a consultation regarding some concerns I had. Felt like I was in good care and that she was genuine in addressing my concerns.

I don't usually leave reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience. I have an unusual and complicated eye disease. I've been to a few other optometrists this past year, but since I saw Dr. Hargrave, she'll now be my main doctor. Scheduling was no problem. Check in process was easy. I feel she was very knowledgeable, compassionate when it came to my problem. She seems to genuinely care when it comes to my problem. I can't thank her enough for wanting to help restore my vision.

Obviously, quality eye care is extremely important. Before meeting with Dr. Hargrave, I saw one other provider in the area and I just wasn't happy with how things were going. Dr. Hargrave makes me feel comfortable, and I trust her medical opinion. The atmosphere here is great, everyone working here seems to have a positive energy when it comes to patients. They were very friendly to me during my first visit here.

One of the best doctor appointments I ever had! Location is easy to get to, everyone was super friendly when I came in. Front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Hargrave herself was a 10. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

We've been coming to Dr. Hargrave for sometime now, the office is soothing, fantastic customer service. And Dr. Hargrave is super.

The staff here is exceptional. I've always felt Dr. Hargrave and her team always did an amazing job. Everyone was always professional, the scheduler never gave me any issues when I would have to reschedule (twice). There's usually only 1-2 other people whenever I would come in, so never overly packed. She's a great doctor

During my initial visit to Dr. Hargrave, she was very indepth about the root cause of my dry eye problems. She was able to help come up with a treatment plan which has helped for the better since I started seeing her. She's a great doctor, and I'm very happy with how things have been progressing.
