Jefferson Dental Clinics

I had a great experience here when I had an emergency due to loosing sleep for two days over experiencing SEVERE PAIN from a BAD molar. The staff was very attentive and courteous. It took awhile but that could be expected on first visit. Was referred by "800 Dentist". Couldn't find any dentist open on Saturday in Terrell area. After filling my rx which was surprisingly inexpensive at Walmart it was a GREAT relief to have no pain a get some sleep. Wonderful experience guys.

Bad experience. I had to remind the front desk that I was the patient. I knew my first initial visit that I should have walked right back out that door. The Everybody in the front

office was a mexican. Very unusual. I experienced so much pain. I was tiredvof vCard going back for adjustments. I would not refer anybody to jefferson dental clinic. That is my experience.

I was at JDC at WR on Jan 23, 2012 and while in the lobby I took pictures of the smoke detector dangling from the ceiling and the neon sign hanging in the front window had a cord going up thru one of the ceiling tiles and a different ceiling tile in the corner is out of place and shows a gaping creepy black hole. I also have pictures from a previous visit (while I was in the back treatment area) of a bitewing xray on the floor by the foot of the chair they put me in to take my xrays and torn upholstery on a chair and mold(?) on the equipment by my treatment chair. I'm pretty sure they exhausted my yearly benefits on that one visit. We are stuck using Jefferson Dental (or Monarch) because of our dental plan. Also, on Jan 23, 2012 they asked me to sign a form they said explained my daughter's treatment that day and after I signed it I asked for a copy and I was told they do not give copies. I explained I had a right to a copy and was then told I would have to pay $5.00 for the copy, so I tore up the paper and took it with me. I downloaded the Texas State Board of Medical Examiner complaint forms.
