There is a reason they only want upfront CASH payments! They scratched up our car left bubbles, ripples and swirls in the paint. They had our car for over a week and when we went to pick up the car and showed them the chips and MANY MANY mistakes they tried to lock our car in the garage and told us to pay them more money to fix it!!! We had already paid $1600 cash upfront for a job that my 2 year old daughter could have done. Our show car has to be completely redone! Its pathetic when your own employees say that its a horrible job that another employee has done. We had to call the police because of the owner John's threats and that he was going to run over our car because we complained.
