Great customer service, they repaired my car in one day and there final bill came in cheaper than there original estimate. So my bill was 300 dollars cheaper than what I was prepared for. Thanks for being HONEST lh auto

Lake Highlands Automotive has always done an excellent job on my car. I trust taking my car here and feel that they are always fair and trustworthy. They always do great work and their inspection of your car is always thorough but fast. I highly recommend taking your car here.

I know I can always trust these men to give me an honest opinion of what needs to be done on my car. Last time I went there, my oil pan was leaking. To replace the pan would have been around $500 (which no one wants to do if they don't have to). The men of LHA offered that they could try putting a new plug in the pan which would cost me $20-$40. If the plug didn't work then I would have to have the pan replaced. They said thats what they would do if it were them and that if the plug didn't work, I would only be charged for replacing the pan. I went with the plug and it worked! So I cut a $500 expense down to a $20 expense. I know that sometimes dealerships mess people around with their cars because they can. They know they will always have customers because of the shop's affiliation. Lake Highlands Automotive has great customer service. I can always trust that they will give me an honest opinion of what I need done on my car. I choose LHA over the dealership every time. Support your local (and honest) businesses!

Honest and do good work. Reg is the only mechanic that I have been to that will say "you don't need to fix this" when no work is required. He runs the business on the principal that if they are honest you will come back, and I do- I drive all the way from Fort Worth to get my car worked on here. In 15 years of working with Reg have never had anything to complain about...
