Precision Medical Supply

My Chiro ordered a TINS machine from them about a year ago and they keep sending me the self adhering electrodes about every 3-4 weeks each time billing my insurance $64. Called my insurance co, they told me to call Precision DME, called and had to leave msg for them, they called me two days later and gave me a name and a # to call. Called that # and got the runaround and didnt have time to pursue it. I have been calling all afternoon and all I can do is leave a msg which I did hours ago. I've had it and just want all to know about it.

I loved the way the girls in office helped me with all my questions regrading my CPAP machine! They did all the paperwork for me and it was delivered to me the very next day! Keep up the GREAT work girls!

My doctor ordered a wheelchair for me prior to my surgery. I contacted Precision Medical Supplies and they told me that my insurance would cover the wheelchair. Precision Medical Supplies contacted my doctors office and handled all the paperwork for me. The wheelchair was delivered the same day to my house. I had the surgery two days later, and I felt alot better knowing that my wheelchair that I was going to need was already taken care of.
