Safari Towing

Now I rarely write reviews but this time I had too. I thank God for this towing company, I was broke down in front of an Race Track right in front of the store doors and I needed quick help. It was about 11pm, when I called there rep was superbly courtesy, nice. She told me it would be 1 to 1.5hrs before they get there, it was about 40mins 1:10 to complete pick up and drop off. The Drive, Blake i believe his name is, opr# 32773 was extremely professional great at his job and seemed to be very concerned about my situation. Whoever hired opr#32773 Blake you chose wisely, he will be a great asset to your company. Treat him as well as your phone rep well. Thanks for coming thru for me, God Bless!!

Worst service ever! Unprofessional, didn't send anyone for an hour and a half, then canceled saying they didn't have anyone. Save yourself the headache!

I was so pleased with the service provided. The staff was very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions. They even called me back to let me know that the shop I was taking my vehicle to was not open yet. The driver was careful, efficient and very polite.

I called every towing company in the area and Safari gave me the best quote. I was even more impressed with the service provided and the care the driver took with my baby.

I was Very Happy with them .... They arived in 45 min.. The tow truck guy was very nice and neat, The truck was New , and they reffered me to a good repair shop... The ride in the tow truck was bumpy... but we got there..... I reccomend them to everybody and I know they tow for my church as I seen our van on there tow truck... Thank you Rick .

As tow company's go they are good ,, showed up on time , nice new truck .. And very nice driver !! I would recommend them !!
