VERY SLOW AND DISRESPECTFUL .. does not know how to talk to customers and ready to shove u around the room for a claim!!! I stood there for 20 mins to ask one question about a claim and felt like I was a needle in a haystack!!!! Just horrible !! Do Not go hear!! If you want progressive, just do it online or somewhere else!! Find a State Farm
