Sierra Express Car Wash

I have been using this place since it opened because it is the only drive through close to me. I have lost multiple factory installed parts from my car going through this car wash. The company does not make itself responsible for any of it, even though their sign states they are ONLY responsible for factory items on your vehicle. Worst of all, is the additude you get when requesting assistance in retrieving your part. The manager/owner is a real jerk about being accountable. I drive 15 minutes from home now to get my car washed and I do not mind since at least there, they know how to please their customers and my property is not being torn off.
