Black Pepper Pils, Spiced Beer 5.5% ABV
A crisp and slightly spicy base of 95% German Bohemian Pilsner and 5% British Rye. Spiced in boil six different botanicals. Fermented with a dry English yeast strain
Chocolate Stout, Dry Irish Stout 6% ABV
A classic dry stout with a bit of oats, cocao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla bean. Not overly roasty, smooth and very drinkable
Dark Season, Robust Saison 7.0% ABV
With malt bill that more closely resembles a stout this beer does not fit neatly into any categories, it does however make up for it with flavor. Fermented with French and Belgian yeast strains. Make sure and check out our barrel aged version of this as well
Small IPA (Topaz & Meridian), American IPA 7.25% ABV
A balanced American IPA brewed light on the bittering and heavy on the flavor and aroma. 100% British heirloom barley, specifically focusing on Australian Topaz and US Meridian hops

A fun belgian saison with a spicy expressive yeast, an assertive amount of rye, and dry hopped with chamomile flowers and US santiam
Sorta Sour (Summer), Mixed Culture Berliner-weisse 4% ABV
A refreshing summer version of our mixed culture (lactobacillus, saison yeast, and brettanomyces) sour beer inspired by the classic berliner-weisse style, utilizing TX grapefruit peel, and brewpub grown Mexican mint marigold
