I was injured in a car wreck, a 16 year old ran a red light and totaled my car. After months of going to the Dr's this law firm sent me too I was still having issues but was told by the Dr's themselves that the law firm was ready to close the case and they would not treat me further. I ended up getting about 1% of the amount the law firm took for their payment and I did not even get enough money to cover the time I had to take off work because of the accident. Then, found out they did not even pay all of my Dr bills. I would never recommend these people to anyone. Typical lawyers could care less for the injured people and take all the money for themselves.
I was injured in car accident, and really didn't want to use a lawyer, considering past experiences. Tate renewed my faith in the profession. The people I worked with genuinely seemed to care and they made the effort to travel to us. They took so much burden off my families hands, that they earned every penny of the fee paid. If you want full service, this is where you get it.

I was impressed with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this truly competent and caring team of legal professionals. I think it would be hard to beat the level of service, completeness of knowledge and process I got with this firm. It was obvious from the start that they were intent to do a great job and from there to the end, they covered every conceivable detail with aplomb, from the letter of spoilage to the final agreements. I couldn't have possible done all they did, even if I knew what to do, and few people could do all that is needed on their own. So, I think it makes a great deal of sense to seriously consider a firm like this if you're hurt on the job or anywhere for that matter.
