Do not do business with this company. First instructor came to our house and came for a few lessons and then he disappeared and never showed up again. My daughter sat waiting for him so show up and he never did. When I called they told me that they would try and find him and would get back with me. After a few weeks they finally called and offered a new instructor. This one was really nice but he had so many scheduling conflicts with another person in our area so he kept canceling on us. He then stopped calling eventually to set up appointments and another month goes by. I called and asked for a refund and was told that Taylor would return my call. 2 weeks go by no call so I call again and talked to Taylor and asked for a refund and he told me that he was unable to do that. He said that since I paid before the end of the year and he had already done his taxes he would not be able to offer me a refund. I would expect them to refund my money for the inconvenience from the very beginning. After I stressed that I felt this was unfair he still refused my refund.
