        On 8/9/11 I asked a postal clerk named Dawn to scan my package for me. She noticed that I had inadvertently put my contents in a medium flat rate box, but had paid for Rate Box A (online). She told me she had the proper box, and asked if I would like to change it. I was very grateful since I needed to get the package in the mail that day. She gave me a box and loaned me her scissors and tape. Thanks, Dawn. Way to give good service with a nice attitude!
