Roberts Avenue School is a Blue Ribbon School that provides academic classes to students in kindergarten through grade five. The school has a parent-teacher organization that conducts regular meetings and provides planning and implementation of a variety of fundraising activities for the school s benefit. The school s academic curriculum includes English, language arts, math, science, social studies, reading, writing, basic skills, and health and physical education. In addition, it has a library media center that enables students and staff to effectively locate and use information and to encourage lifelong learning. Roberts Avenue School is a part of Danbury Public Schools and is located in Danbury, Conn.
