JM Automotive Inc

I have been going to JM Automotive for many years. Jonathan has always done a great job with my cars and I trust him. It's not many places in town where the care is consistent and personal. I never hesitate to send family and friends to him. He has never tried to sell me anything I did not need and his prices are better than the chains. I have mostly had maintenance stuff done but he did some a/c repair, electrical work as well as a steering issue that the dealer could not fix after 2 tries.

I have been entrusting this company with all of my vehicles over the past 3 years and have found the proprietor Jonathon to be well versed in his technical ability, up-to-date technological expertise and customer friendly attitude. Having been in the industry myself in the past I know the difference between good and not so good.

I would also comment that Jonathon assisted in a dispute with a major manufacturer regarding work the manufacturer said was out of warranty when in fact it was covered, including negotiation with the Better Business Bureau who by the way rate this shop as "A".
