        Doug was very professional yet personable while discussing my needs and budget. He traveled a good ways to give me a very reasonable estimate. After I committed to DMB to cut down my tree, he called the night before to confirm the appointment and showed up right on time. Him and his partner were quick to get to work and after watching for a little bit I knew they had their system down and felt comfortable with their strategy. I had to leave for work before they were done but felt comfortable enough with Doug to pay him in full as I would not be coming back until after their estimated completion time. I came back to a clean site with no tree or debris in sight. Was a great experience and better feeling that I was giving business to a good guy in Doug!
