        Sucks

        Visited this store earlier in the week, interested in an office chair. Was told they had plenty in stock. Went back to pick it up today - only the display model was available - even though inventory showed two in stock. Had to wait forever while it was confirmed there weren't anymore. Not a big deal, except I was on my lunch break and didn't have a whole lot of time to waste. Had several other items at the register, totally ~ $50. Told them I would take the display if they discounted it $10. Was told emphatically NO. Left the entire purchase and exited the store.



        So much for customer service.
