Only place I could find with such a wonderful staff. I got my wedding band comfort fit so that I don't have to worry about it falling off my hand at work and it's made of material that is guaranteed not to bust break bend or get worn down. If by some slight chance something ever happens to my wedding band they pay to fix it for free. This is a great place that really cares about their customers.

Stafford Jewelers worked with my husband to create my engagement ring, and it is absolutely beautiful. They spent weeks with him, and the end product is amazing. Since then, their customer service has been through the roof. We've purchased several more things from them, had jewelry repaired by them, and for price and service, they can't be beat. We've found our jewelry shop, and can't wait to make special purchases from them in the future.

Nick at the Stafford's Jewelers in Miamisburg, Ohio was wonderful. He helped my husband find the perfect engagement ring, and also gave us a great deal on our wedding bands. He still knows our names when we walk in, and he will be our jeweler for life.

The staff was extremely professional and very helpful when we were selecting our rings, including my engagement ring. The price was also very competitive and we ended up with some very beautiful pieces at a cost far less than many other jewelers that we shopped at before making our final selections.

Stafford jewelers has always been professional and kind. they are one of the few jewelery stores left that are honest and works hard for the people. I can honestly say mary is a lier and hasn't been to Stafford, because this is not how they treat there customers.

John Jr. Came up with the perfect design and I couldn't have been any more pleased with the outcome! My ring is absolutely gorgeous and I get compliments on my ring every single day! It is PERFECT! Truly a family company that cares first about the customer! Staffords is reasonably priced so I bring all my jewelry repairs to them but what earned my loyalty is the character and values behind their service. I once brought a repair to them around closing time and accidentally locked myself out of my car. Staff stayed late, looked up phone numbers for services that could open my car, and even offered to drive me home if needed. They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, and it demonstrates the generosity and selflessness naturally incorporated into the way they do business.

If you want personalized service with great selection in jewelry, then come to Stafford Jewelers. Family owned business that supports the Dayton area. I wouldn't go any where else.

They created my wedding band and it went with my engagement ring amazingly. My set it custom and unique and was a great price. I have had things come up over the years with Jewelry and they have ""always"" taken care of me quickly, perfectly, last but not least always impeccable customer service!!!!!!! Anyone that would say this family/staff is not the best jewelry store in the Dayton area is mistaken and should try them before the final purchase. LOVE Stafford Jewelers!!! When I got engaged - we shopped EVERY jewelry store around - all the mall stores and everything around the mall - even some other stores that are well known. One thing I noticed at ALL of those stores - the quality of the diamonds was lacking but the prices were still up there. We went to Staffords and they were so helpful and MADE me the rings (both engagement and wedding band) I really wanted with TOP QUALITY diamonds and at about the same cost. I will not shop any of the "chain jewelry stores". At Stafford's you know who you are dealing with and the quality really can't be beat. SUPER customer service!!!!

My now husband and I shopped all the jewelry stores in our local area, we got the best price and quality from stafford! We didn't see exactly what we were looking for so they placed special over night orders to give us the options we wanted. They called us the next morning and had 8 diamonds for us to chose from and took the time going over each one with us. And let me point out, I have a one carat center stone, its not like we were big buyers purchasing a 3 carat stone, but they made me feel like we were. We went back to them for our wedding rings and again, they were very helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. After our wedding, my husband had issues with his gold ring fitting correctly (it was way too big). Because of the way the ring was made, they were unable to size it in store. They placed a rush order to get a new ring and apologized multiple times. When we came back for the new ring, it fit perfectly and they were again apologetic that we had any issues to begin with. The sales girl we were dealing with saw me looking the Alex and Ani bracelets and let me behind the counter to get a good look at all styles they had available. I picked out a new bracelet and she bagged it up and wouldn't allow us to pay for it! It's only a $20 bracelet but she said she felt so bad we had to make multiple trips, it was the least she could do. The point is, everyone makes mistakes but the way a company handles the mistake shows what they are made of. They are a family run business and you can tell they take pride in their work and they appreciate their customers. I guarantee you will quality products and great customer service from this company. I will not shop at any other jewelry store.

I went to Stafford s many times. I have always had wonderful service both with finding jewelry and selling jewelry. The staff is courteous and attentive. They go out of their way to help you, including ordering in a custom setting for me. Even when I sold items they were fair, friendly, and easy to work with. I would recommend Stafford's jewelers to anyone looking to buy or sell jewelry!!

I have been to Stafford Jewelers several times to purchase various items, Stafford jewelers has always been a very pleasant experience for me, the staff has always been very nice and courteous, also very knowledgeable about the items I was interested in. I have been there to buy and sell jewelery, after having a few bad experiences in the past with other jewelers Mr. Stafford also recommended that I take my items to other jewelry stores to get a price for my items for sale, I did and found that none of them gave me as good a price as Stafford and we're not as pleasant either. I have purchased several items from Stafford jewelery over the years and have always been more than pleased with the quality of my items, ranging from diamonds to gold to platinum, Staffords has always given me the best price and service of any jewelry store I have ever been to. They even went as far as sizing a ring multiple times for me as it was needed at no charge. I would recommend Staffords Jewelers to everyone, in fact I would go as far as saying I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from another store. Staffords Jewelers has a customer for life.
