Army National Guard

Go here if you want to get lied to. I wanted to join and then go Active. They told me that I can go active as soon as I come back to Basic. I am now stuck in this unit as they will not release me even though my recruiter said they would. I wish I went to the Army Recruiting Station on 6th Avenue instead. My friends joined out of there and are loving it now. The recruiters there told them and showed them everything in black and white. Wish my shady National Guard Recruiter would have done that. I hope he gets an uncurable STD....
