Who's Got Soul Southern Cafe

The person at the register had CHRISTIAN tattooed across her chest. I ordered meals for my staff for a working lunch. She stated 10 minutes before it would be ready. The cook was mopping and fixing food. Thirty minutes later the food was ready. "Christian" stated she didn't know why she was taking so long. This was my first visit. All the orders were wrong. I called back and "CHRISTIAN" stated I could come back for a credit or the next day for meal replacement. I told her we were in the middle of a meeting but I could come back around 4. ( Four hours after I purchased the food). I arrived at 4pm. She said she could give me some more food because her manager was there. I stated I didn't want the food. I wanted my credit for 2 of the 5 meals. The rest of the meals were eaten. She said she wanted the food back. 4 hours later???? Was she going to reuse it?? I said I threw it away. She kept saying you ate it, you ate it. I said I didn't. May I speak with the manager? He was the owners son. He said he wasn't coming up and talking to me. Professional...I think not. They refuse to give me the owners name or number. So, I called the Covington store and "Tip" refused to give me the owners name and number. I left my name and number and he hasn't called. Don't use for lunch or Catering. BAD BUSINESS Customer Service STINKS THE OWNERS SON WOULDN'T EVEN SPEAK WITH THE CUSTOMER... WOW The customer is not important or valuable to Who's Got Soul. Soul without Service is worthless
