        Been waiting for for refund from my GAP INSURANCE, since I traded in my car on 8/29/2021 sent auto loan satisfaction letter calls every week check is in mail no check received. Supervisors don’t call back no answers call almost every day. Complaints through BBB waiting for response. Dec 1 2021 still no check employees say supervisor will call still no call.
