I took my husband's suburban in for a front end alignment and was told it needed over 2k in repairs first. Decided to look up a mechanic on Craig's List who was maybe hurt by economy and needed work. I got the runaround by the first guy I hired, charged for work he didn't do and he tried to keep parts I bought. Bigowl's came to the rescue, literally. They came the next morning, charged me exactly what they said they were going to and their work was awesome! It has been about two months and we have had no problems. The job even turned out to be harder than expected, take longer and they operated with such integrity that they still stuck to their estimate. I was very impressed with their service, work and ethics. Most people fear the cost of auto repair and trusting a mechanic, no need to fear Bigowl's, they are the auto repair company you have been looking for and you will be satisfied. They stand behind their work and their word. Thanks so much Bigowl's!!!

Called at 9 am to request an appt. Was told they would be there between 10-11. I heard nothing. i called every hour and was promised they would be there in time for me to leave for work at 1:30 pm. I trusted them, which was my first mistake. After 1 pm, when it was clear they wouldn't make the promised time schedule (three hours after my appt time), they quit answering my calls. I was told at 10:55, that he was on his way and almost there. I have never been treated so poorly. If they had just told me no four hours ago, I could have called someone else.

I want to express my confidence in Big Al and his team. They have made my life so much easier again. First of all when you speak with Big Owl about your car problems he is so genuine and he really want to help his clients. He makes you feel comfortable and confident just with your initial conversation that you absolutely trust them. They give you an honest estimate and stick to it. I have been scammed by several mechanics that tell you one thing and the next thing you are paying them double. Not at Big Owl's. These guys are all exceptional and they get the job done on the spot. I was so impressed with Butch the last time that I had to call Big Owl. I requested Butch by name. Butch was already out on a job so Big Owl sent Brian out. Big Owl promised that Brian was a great mechanic as well. Once again Big Owl has surpassed my expectations. I secretly told Brian that he is my new favorite. No doubt this is a smart dependable and trustworthy team so if you want your job done right and a great price, you really want to call Big Owl and his team. I will never get another mechanic besides Big Owl to do my automobile work. They have a lifetime commitment from me and I'm sure you will agree. I want to take this time to tell you how pleased I was with the auto repair service I received yesterday. Carson is an excellent mechanic. He saved me the expense of a new alternator (I had been informed earlier when I had my Jaguar on a computer diagnostic machine that I had a bad alternator), and told me - showed me - what was wrong with the car, explained what he was doing to fix it and why he was doing it. I not only had my car repaired in a shorter amount of time than what he anticipated, but learned something new about cars. I appreciated the auto mechanic's "lesson", the speedy response to my call, and the fast, knowledgeable repair. If ever I need help with my car I will definitely call Bigowl’s Auto Rescue and ask for Carson. I will also refer others to your company if the opportunity arises.

I wanted to take a moment and write you all a letter to show my appreciation of your professionalism, helpfulness, friendliness and honesty. At the suggestion of my Mother, I took my truck to someone else in Frisco, Texas. It was a convenient location at the time, since I was visiting my Mom at her home in Frisco. I asked them to give me an estimate on a tune-up, oil change, and a few other items that I thought might be necessary. Well, needless to say, their company decided they had a "sucker" in their grips and proceeded to give me estimates on several items they said I needed to have done immediately on my automobile. I'm sure you are all very aware of the items they informed me that I needed and the prices they quoted me. Of course after I spoke to them, I realized what I have known all these years that I have been doing business with your company. NEVER go anywhere else but Bigowl's Auto Rescue! After I spoke to you Al, I had Brian come out the next morning. Brian went down the list of repairs I was told I needed by the other shop, and came to the conclusion that the only "repairs" I needed to have done, was a tune-up and an oil change. Once again, you have proven what I have always told all my family and friends here in Frisco; have your mechanics service their automobiles and you can't go wrong. Thanks again and again for being here and for the great qualities your company has and the principals you stand by. A loyal customer forever.

Bigowl's Auto Rescue is the best. They haves come to my rescue many times. My car was broken down on the side of the highway I gave them a call and he was there within 20 minutes. That's the first time I called them. The next time they worked on my car right in my drive way plus he gave me a ride to work. He kept in touch with me letting me know what was wrong with the vehicle and how much it would cost each step of the way. They fixed my car and it ran perfectly I would not trust any other mechanic. Call him first!

Gosh, one of your mechanics came by this date at 4:30. By 4:35 Brian had the problem fixed and checked my timing chain! That guy can fix a car, faster than anybody I've ever seen! Anyhow, should I EVER need roadside help, I'll call Bigowl's Auto Rescue and ask for Brian. I promise. Also I'll tell others. Thanks for getting my truck running, as my back has been out. Not to mention this heat.

i would not recommend this company. they do poor work, and if they damage your car in regards to unprofessional and unknowledgeable work, they will no longer answer your call. i am currently in the process of taking this so called business to small claims court.

I was worried about the strange sounds my car was making, but after having it serviced by your company it is back to running smoothly and it didn’t even cost that much! Your technicians are very helpful and friendly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I will be recommending your services to friends. Thanks Guys!
