        They ask me to sign up for a monthly membership. I was told it was only for one month at $59.00 a month. I checked my bill today and they have been charging me since last march 2009. I called and explained this to them and as another comment said they don't really care. this is a real rip off. don't do business with these people. it takes forever to get your car washed.

        We apologize for your experience. However, your participation in the VIP unlimited wash program is not as you describe. Every customer fills out a cc billing authorization form. There is no small print. It is very clear. We, unlike other companies that offer a membership program, require a annual contract, we allow you to go month to month with NO cancellation penalty whatsoever. furthermore, the cancellation process is very simple. Fill out another document that consists of 3 sentences and takes approximately 45 seconds, and your billing stops. We have several hundred customers on the program, and enjoy the tremendous value it offers. Without describing in entirety here, for a set rate (based on size of vehicle) it is equal to 2 washes paid at regular price. So you buy 2 washes, and the rest of the month is FREE. Come in once a week and it's equal to half off washes. However, under our plan you can come in as often as you like. The unlimited VIP program is an amazing value. It does take longer at our car wash because we are a "hand car wash". No tunnels here, just lamb wool mitts and trained professionals. We do take seriously customer criticism and feedback, however your statement is borderline defamation. You can say anything you like, but when you make a statement as you have it MUST be a TRUE statement...and yours is 100% FALSE. Also, as I am the CEO, you spoke with me, and I remember our conversation clearly. I showed you the form you filled out when you joined, and what is more frustrating for us is ,......that you CONTINUED to use the program the entire time. You are upset that you weren't able to get away with scamming us. You should be ashamed that you have tried to hurt our reputation by posting this garbage.

        Pay with Cash! They charged me twice! One was my ticket the other the waitress did after we had left! She refused to get mgr. for us when we were there. Once I saw second charge few days later I went to establishment and mgr was not there. Waitress proceeds to discuss my situation w a different customer. The mgr told me over phone it's Memorial weekend so it's his day off. Made it's seem like I was bothering him. No apologies for making ME waste my time and gas to go to establishment. Very unprofessional staff from the top to the bottom. I actually think the guy I spoke to might have been part owner. I would never visit this place again. Terrible service, staff, and they mess with your credit card.

        I went to have my truck washed and was told it was and hour wait. It took them 1 hr and 45 min. to wash my truck and only to arrive home and see that under the bed cover was still dirty. Charged 33 for a slow and incomplete job. In the past I did not have this problem.

        I took my 2009 Dodge Challenger in to be detailed and they couldnt even do that right. We were charged $75 for a terrible job and when we talked to the manager he told us if we wanted it better, it would be $80 more because time is money!!! Unbelievable. They left wax on the car, hair on the dash, spots all over and made no attempt to clean sunroof. When we called to talk to Jeff, they said he was unavailable to try back later. They didnt take a message or try to find out what we were calling for. This is a new car, we have only had it 2 weeks and it had been washed since then. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!
