Ace Overhead Door

Ace came out to replace a broken spring on my garage door. On the phone they were vague with their time estimate, but they came out to do the job, and did it really fast (maybe a little too fast for how much it costs).But here is the problem. Two months later my garage door had a problem. So I called them again (and I wondered if maybe they had something to do with it). I adjusted my schedule for their 10 am -2 pm window. By 2 pm, no show. So at 2:30 I called, and the lady had no good excuse for the tardiness, except the service guy got stuck on another job. Another two hours rolled by, and still no show. So I called and "he was on his way..." Finally, over 4 hours late, the service tech shows up. And he has a bad attitude. (He made no attempt to take his shoes off while walking through my home, and I am not sure why he couldn't have went through the garage door.) I understand that even though I was concerned about my broken garage door, I must be courteous or he doesn't ha
