The service was good installing new tires. The concern is that very few employees ( I only saw one with a mask) were not wearing face masks. Specially the employees including the manager that attend the customers. All customers that I saw wore masks but the employees did not seem to be concern about the customers by not wearing a mask.

I have been taking all 3 of my cars there for 4 years. I trust them and they never try and sell me anything that I don't need. Once I needed a tire and I expected them to try and sell me four like other shops. They didn't and when I mentioned, "should I buy all 4" they said "no, the other 3 are fine". As a single mom of teens and little car knowledge, I need someone I can trust. I wouldn't take any of our cars anywhere else.

Take your chances at this spot....poor service and Jeff the manager is a dishonest gentleman.

I had bad expreience, they broke my car to get more money from myside i will not recommand this store to anyone. If you go there you will definitly endup paying more than what your car worth they are very rude and they dont care about anything.

its worst place they know how to get money from the customer they will make you to pay them if you ask they are very rude they dont care and respond. Please dont not go to this please otherwise you will endup paying huge or break your car.

I have been going to Boy-Rad Goodyear since 1991. Bill and Mike are great. They always ask "how long do you plan on keeping your car" before they tell you what is wrong and how much it will cost. I keep my cars for a long time and always go with their recommendations. They are there to help you first and make sure your vehicle is safe to drive.

The staff at Boy-Rad has always been honest, helpful and considerate when working on my vehicles. I am very happy to have found a shop that I can trust!!

They do a great job, they stand behind their work and I like their no non-sense approach to assisting their customers. They are not there to hold your hand, just fix your car and get you on the road.

I've taken my car there twice for normal oil change and tire rotation. First time I was told I had grease leaking everywhere from rear seal only to find out it was very minor. Then out of nowhere I had a TPMS valve mysterically broken that cost me an additional $100. Ron, the owner, is an arrogant a-hole and I wouldn't recommend his shop to anyone. Not trustworthy to me at all.

I highly recommend Boy-Rad Goodyear. They have done excellent work on my vehicles and always provide top-notch, trustworthy customer service.

My family has been using this service provider for over a decade and they have exceeded our expectations every time. They have serviced Jeeps, Mercedes, Toyotas and Hondas. We would not go anywhere else in Columbus for after warranty service. Just keep your records...they make good on their warranties. There tires are awesome and the free rotation service is invaluable. They have always serviced our cars when we needed it and have stood behind their service.

Their customer service is very poor. I had called them on Sunday at 4pm for an oil change appointment. The representative (Ron?) asked me to be there in 15 minutes to get the service done the same day. I reached there at 4:13pm (appx 7 miles) . At that time they told me they can not perform the service stating that there were few walk-ins after my phone call that they provided services to and one of their technician was gone. I was shocked by their poor planning and management, and also by the lack of commitment to their customer. They should not have asked me to drive to their store without reserving a service appointment. They offered me a coupon for next visit which I declined as I find no reason to go to their location again.
