DON'T GO THERE FOR SERVICE. Those people are incompetent. Went to Infiniti of Gwinnett for a strange noise in my G37 coming from the dashboard. They held my car for almost a week and did not find the problem.

They called me and told me that if I want the problem to be investigated further, I will be paying north of thousand dollars and of course, I said "no". They ended up charging me double for what other Infiniti dealership charge for diagnostics, although they did not find the problem (they said that is based on labor, not a fixed fee) and I took my car and went to Infiniti of Decatur.

There, Alex (service consultant) told me right away what my problem could be, they f ound it the same afternoon and got my car next morning. Oh and I paid less than hundred bucks for the fix.

Inifniti of Gwinnett think of you as a walking wallet. If you are so reach and don't care how much you spend go there, but your car still might not get fixed. If you value your car and money go somewhere else.

Purchased 2011 M37X on Feb. 27th. Had an issue with the leather driver seat splitting open two weeks later. Their service manager is worthless. Did not offer to help, did not call after emails, did not email back, did not acknowledge seat issue when I called him. They just buried their heads in the sand. Horrible dealership. If you are going to purchase an Infiniti, go to Nalley Infiniti or especially Bradshaw Infiniti in Greenville, SC. If you do purchase from Gwinnett, pray you don't have any warranty issues. DO NOT GET YOUR INFINITI SERVICED AT INFINITI OF GWINNETT!

If you have been shopping and ...

If you have been shopping and comparing prices before you come in to visit this dealership then it will make it easy to determine if you are getting a great deal from them or not. They will not negotiate on the prices of their used cars! However, after speaking with The Internet Manager Terrence Lanham, he assured me that their Internet prices were the lowest around, Well I did find some similar cars at a few independent dealers that were less, but they had been in accidents or they were in poor condition. All of the cars at Infiniti of Gwinnett were in great condition. I would rather pay a little more and know that I am purchasing from a reputable dealer than save a little money to inherit someone else's headache. Terrence has followed up with me and even offered to pay for my service visit. He is a very good Salesman. Ask for him if you go there.

Best Car Buying Experience

This is my best experience buying a car ever.

I went in to buy a Used Infiniti and was treated as if I was buying one of their Top Dollar New models.

The salesman, Richard, took the time to answer any questions and gave me NO Pressure to purchase any vehicle. I wanted the M45, but ended up (on a suggestion from Richard) on a M35, I looked at Lexus & BMW, to compare models & decided on the new Lexus

I drove the LS and the GS models and after serious thought, I bought a like new GS300 for a total price inside of my budget without any negotiation. I drove it home & the next day it would not start. A new car would not START! I called the dealership & they picked up the car & I told them that I was no longer interested in the car,. Buyers remorse I know, but I looked at a used Lexus & honestly got confused. I decided to widen my search for a different vehicle.

I did all my research before hand and had my finances in order before I went car shopping. The Infiniti M models that are in & around Atlanta are numerous. I found several (Infiniti of Gwinnet had the best selection) I settled on a M45, but found out it had damage.

After checking 5 other dealerships and 2 private sellers, I was fed up with the BS and was so relieved when I reached Infiniti of Gwinnett...Normally I will remove any advertising off my vehicle but I proudly wear the Infiniti of Gwinnett License Plate Frame.

Buy a car in 1 hour

They advertise buying a car in 1 hour.

I thought at first it was another come on, but must to my delight, I did buy th e car over the internet/phone, did an online trade in & finance report and the car was ready when I arrived.

Clean, filled with gas, the most time used was the sales guy going over the car, he even met me a couple weeks later to answer questions that i had on the car after delivery.

I had a problem (My Fault) with a dead battery because I left the car on in accessory mode or something, but the roadside assistance sent a tow truck & they fixed me up in about an hour.

I can't say enough good about Gwinnett Infinity
