An excellent service for those who have houses for lease. How do I know? I have managed my own property (What a challenge; most tenants were wonderful but a few were "less than wonderful"). I have had property management companies manage my properties. Efurd Properties has managed one house for me for some time now, and they have been excellent. Their contracts are easily understood and the fees are reasonable. They are highly professional and well organized. They respond quickly.
