Paula Ortiz

I was scammed by this dentist and this facility. This dentist (Paula Ortiz) presented herself as pleasant with good bedside manners but I soon found out that I was being prepped for insurance fraud. I was referred to her for one tooth graft. Before the procedure, she offered to do 2 additional teeth besides the problem one. I politely declined. To my shock, she proceeded to collude with her staff and charge me for 3 teeth grafts, claiming that I gave her consent while under anesthesia! They charged my credit card on file a total of almost 700 dollars as co-pay for 3 teeth and went ahead to bill my insurance an additional sum of about $1,700. I have never seen fraud and dishonesty at this level. All efforts to reach the office manager (LaMonica) to reverse the charges have been futile. They are all colluding with the dentist to implement this fraud. I am now hiring an attorney and filing a complaint against this dentist.
