Hendrick Durham Auto Mall

i was looking for a low miles camaro 96 z28 5 speed they found it for me . so they gave me the call they found it and to come by.....so i show up all happy with 5 grand in my pocket to dump down on this car. total price 6 grand. and the salesman says hi the car is on the way . and quotes. "then its all yours" so i wait 1 and a half hours hear waiting anxiously for my camaro with 10,000 miles and the sales man comes to me and says it looks like we have a bidder. i say a bidder .what do you mean a f@#$%^ bidder .then he says theres a guy across the room who wants to put 500 dollars more down.i then said is this a dealership or a f@#$%^ auction so i match the guys price and tell the sales man you said this is all mine. he walks away and comes back and they bid the total 6000 dollars . i had a relative with me who would give it to me knowing i was good for it . and just so have it had 1000 on her none the less. she said i have it if you need it and i got up and said as loud as i could so this place has obviousl been turned into an auction. and i will tell any one and every one of this insident . i still have and always will dont go hear trust me

I went to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet's service department when my 2000 Monte Carlo started having jerking problems while driving. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty wiring system, which they supposedly fixed (at a cost of $160.20 parts + $225.00 labor) along with a fuel filter that needed replacing (additional $24.50 parts). The jerking problem persisted, so I took the car into another mechanic, who said immediately the problem was a fuel filter in need of replacement. He took the "newly replaced" one out of my car and said that it was completely plugged up and was the FACTORY ORIGINAL filter, not a brand new one that I had paid for at Rick Hendrick. He replaced it ($22.58 parts + $39.98 labor) and the jerking problem was immediately fixed. So Rick Hendrick completely lied about replacing the filter, though they charged me to do so. I still don't know if they even replaced the wiring that they charged me for. AVOID this dealership!!!!
