We called Dave and he was there within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our washing machine. His price was great and he was very professional. We wIll definitely call DBH the next time any issue arises. It's also a plus to support a local business.

I am Dave, the owner of DBH Appliance Repair, and I would like to address the review by Jack R. listed below.

I think there must be some mistake or misunderstanding here because we have a very sophisticated phone system for our incoming calls, the chances of someone calling and not getting a call back are remote....however we are not perfect. We are human.

Also, we are not the type of business that has walk in traffic. We are an appointment-only in home business, we do not sell anything from the business address, it's not a walk in business. So in that regard, I think Jack may have me confused with another business, we looked through our system for "lost calls" and were able to attach a name and a number to every call going back 3 months...I am assuming within the time frame of Jack's visit to my personal residence.
