I took my vehicle in to be completely detailed for a price of $149.00. I told them no rush on the vehicle since I was dropping it off at 11:30 a.m. and would return before close at 6:00 p.m. I never expect my vehicle to look like a new car. But when you get it back and their is still a french fry from when your child dropped it on the floor and no attempt to clean under the seats was made, it's expected one will be dissappointed. So I call Paradise and speak with a manger, I explain the above and ask what they can do....He states bring it in and we will determine if their is something we will do. I ask, can I have your name so I can reference who I talked to? He tells me no and just to ask for a detailing person..... I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

While they cleaned my car and yes it was cleaned well but they ripped-off the front passenger-side tab that keeps the floor-mat in place. Its been 3 weeks and still they have not replaced it even though I have a claim open from them. Horrible that follow-ups. Only one or two calls in the past 3 weeks. Overall, while the car wash is good, they do like to nickle and dime you for anything extra and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired for.
