Stop & Shop

I am disappointed in the cleanliness. Fruit flies through out produce. The service desk can not get any slower. Constantly takes older people with lottery tickets, instead of the people standing in line. I waited in line with 4 ahead of me. 28 minutes later still same 4 people in line. Very disappointed.

I've been shopping at S&S most of my adult life. Over the last several years there has been a real change in the level of service offered and the pricing.

There are less and less options with favorites of mine being replaced by S&S brands and just less and less to chose from, period. I would find a brand of something that my family really liked and would be buying it for quite some time and suddenly it would disappear. It's frustrating to say the least.

The prices are also very high for many items. Due to the pricing being too high on a lot of things, I have been forced to go to several stores to shop and with my limited time to do this, I find myself resenting S&S more and more.

In addition, the carts from the store are being found all over the center of town, where I happen to live. I'm tired of seeing them, they do nothing to improve our town and we shouldn't have to call the store every time one shows up in front of our house. The management knows this is a problem and should just send someone out in a truck to pick the carts up on a regular basis. Plus, they might try offering small carts with wheels for sale at a subsidized cost so that the people who use the grocery carts for this purpose will have a viable alternative. That would be a sign of the company being a good citizen which S&S is not.

I was in Bradford for a week and I happen to stop at your store. I was very pleased with everyone's help. Since I was from Phoenix, Arizona. I happen to see some of the bags that you could buy with animals and flower prints. I bought one and when I came home, everyone wanted one. We have some here , but not as cute as the one I bought there. Could you send me some information. I would like to purchase the bags if possible from you. Let me know how and when this would be possible. If I had to make a trip back east.
