Golden China Edinburg

I have been frequenting this restaurant for over 10 years. I think that the staff is very friendly, including the cooks. The entrees are made fresh and replenished throughout the day. It is a clean restaurant; the hot food is always hot and the cold food is always cold! The buffet prices are UNBEATABLE and there is also a full menu! Currently, lunch buffet is only $7.15 and dinner buffet is $8.55; these prices cover as much food from the buffet as you can eat and include dessert (and drinks are extra). On the weekends the buffet is $8.55. TO GO orders are great, too; only $7.something (for up to 2 lbs., and anything over the 2lbs. is prorated based on that rate - they charge more per lb. if you get almost all shrimp.)

The food is fresh delicious! My favorite chinese place.

I AM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER AT THIS PLACE AND LATELY I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS AN EXTRA FEE FOR THE PLATE THAT ARE TO GO, BUT TODAY I LITERALLY GOT SCREWED.



i buy one plate to go and the total i paid was 9.60 according to the cashier it was over two pounds and it included some shrimp. well i come home and my plate is no where close to two pounds and i remember that your bulletin says that the pound of shrimp is 7.25 and i had very few shrimp on my plate. And I only did this because today I only bought a plate for me having time to do the verification of the weight. i usually go by and purchase 4 plates to go for my whole family so i take it for granted that my plates are accurately weight.







BUT I GUESS NOT......THIS IS ABUSIVE IN MY OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
