Party Doctors

i have rented trains, moon jumps, ect from different companies around the rio grande valley. Party doctor provided the worst service i have ever experienced. The contract we signed stated party would start at 3pm. Which means tables and chairs & ect should arrive before. This way you get a chance to setup for a party. Well the tables and a few chairs arrived at 245pm. However the rest of the chairs arrived 2.5hrs later. I was devastated, my guests were left standing. We also rented their train ride. Talk about false advertisment. Train looked nothing like what was presented on web site. The train was old and falling apart. Infact, only one section of the train was in working order. The owner Juan, was rude. He is unprofessional, he does not carry any contracts or receipts. Never again. This is a fair warning to all. Rent at your own risk.
