Regarding Durham Woods

If there was an option of giving '0' star I would have given this to the Durham Woods apartments. Their staffs , specially in the rental office literally sucks. They are quite abusive , rude and money minded people. We thought of renting here , we did pay 250$ , then they started asking for the documents which we provided. In between in 3 days we decided that we will not go with this since journey from Durham woods to Newyork is quite a hectic one , they don't have any bus service from their apartments to nearby stations. So we politely emailed them that we are not going with them, They never gave our money back , behaved abusively. Did't hear a single word. There is an old lady named "Patty" there , be aware of her. Might be management is racist that's why they abuse immigrants like us. Beware of these crooks before thinking of renting apartments here.
