I called this company to repair a chip in my windshield. They said no problem, we will be there between 2-3 on Monday 2/29.



When the technician came out to repair the chip, he cracked my windshield. At this point they informed us we will have to pay for a new windshield. At no point was I (when I made the appointment) or my husband (who was home when the technician ruined our windshield) that there is a possibility of our windshield not only not being fixed, but it will be at our expense to replace it if they were to break it while trying to repair it.



I called and spoke to the owner who informed me that this is their standard business procedure, and it is my liability and they will do nothing about it. Also, the receptionist hung up on me when I was trying to get ahold of the owner.



This is hands down the WORST customer service I have ever received. Now I have to wait to have another company replace my windshield and pay full price for them breaking it. This is unbelievable.
