UPS Drop Box

We moved into our current address over a month ago. For some reason we are getting packages for another house with the same house number but a different street. I have caught the driver and two occasions delivering packages to my address but addressed to another house. Today I was expecting a package and they sent me a txt telling they could not deliver because I was not home, I did not leave my house all day.

Something needs to be done about this as my neighbors tell me this is normal for this neighborhood. I know they are under a time constraint to deliver packages but the company needs to remember that there are people that are needing there packages that is why we use UPS. SO PLEASE SLOW DOWN AND TAKE A MOMENT TO READ!!!!
