Vom Baron Grooming

Well first off, I never called you a liar if you go back and read my response and read it CORRECTLY you would see that I asked you to call me or to email me back to remedy the problem and you NEVER did.I paste and copied the response, so that other readers could judge for themselves.(Sept. 22, 2011...I am tired of the False accusations and reviews.. Greetings, My name is Laura Taylor and I am the owner of Vom Baron Grooming. I am usually always on here checking the reviews put on here about my business. I like to be involved in my business as much as possible and when my health allows I am also present at the shop. I just read the recent review that somebody put up about their pets ears not being cleaned. First off if this is true, I'm sorry that was somehow passed over, if the wait time was as long as you mentioned then maybe it's because they were busy. So I want to apologies for that. I did go back and check the surveillance video for last week and saw nothing of what you mentioned. I also always listen to all the messages left on the recorder and I DO NOT recall hearing any messages with complaints. I always return calls to customers regardless of what the subject matter is. It would be much appreciated if you called the shop and left a number where I could call you back and further discuss this. I would also like the date ... I would also like the date you were there so I could look it up on the surveillance videos and see what might have happened that would have caused for them to have not done that, possibly just human error...that happens from time to time unfortunately NOBODY is perfect. Thank You) So WHERE on there did I call you a liar? I also noticed that you removed the review I was responding to and then put another one up saying I was calling you a liar and that you left your number with a groomer, when previously you said you had left it on the machine? Second,how could you even say anything about my grooming when I haven't even been able to groom for a while now due to health reasons? Also you were informed when your pet was dropped off that the groomer was not going to be in until later due to a family emergency... YOU chose to leave your pet anyways, so don't get mad at us for your decision.

First off I seriously doubt you even own a Bichon (BTW thats the correct spelling) most owners know the correct spelling of their pets breed. Second, we have LOTS of people come to us with Bichons because they brag about how we do wonderful Bichon cuts and that we don't go leaving them looking like poodles. So I really doubt this accusation is true. Another thing I failed to mention we ALWAYS bathe the pets before grooming them because it's easier and better on the pet and our blades. Now I'm almost positive that I know who it is that is posting this false accusation, but I will find out and I will take legal steps for defamation which is illegal. Oh yes and I almost forgot at one point the front area was not as clean as we would have liked it to be due to the pets we were selling,but for that reason we NO LONGER have pets for sale and the shop once again is nice and tidy. I would also like to mention that we have a perfect record with the BBB and anybody could look up that information. Thank you

I am not sure who wrote that review but it is a FALSE accusation. We are members with the BBB and if that statement had been true it would have been reported to the BBB. You could look at our complaints and we have NONE. In the 3 years that we have been open there has been NO complaints, ZERO. I am assuming that this false accusation was probably placed by a competitor. It's a shame that people have to resort to lying about other people to make them feel better about themselves. This is NOT the first time that a FALSE accusation has been posted, but again check with the BBB.
