Overall
Professionalism
Promptness

I have used this Body Shop at least three times in the past, and had been satisfied. However those has all been for damage less than $2000. I had a major accident & sent my car there. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Mickey lied to my face. Lies to my ibsurance company, lied to the insurance company accepting responsibility for my damaged car. He took 5 weeks to provide an estimate & adjusted the estimate two additional times as I pushed for a total loss. He completely manipulated numbers to his benefit. I spoke to the Oklahoma Insurance Commission & was advised to file a complaint based on the mismanagement of the claim. Thankfully everything worked in my favor in the end, but it was a long miserable seven week process.

Overall
My experience with Jays

I have had Jay or Mickey do paint work on several cars. The wait time is my only complaint and its not that big of a deal. After getting any cars back from them I have been more than happy. I brought them a 91 300zx and had them instal a custom bumper after hitting something on the highway. The original bumper was destoyed and the driver headlight was broken. Instead of charging for a complete headlight Jay repaired my orignal to save me money. He also did a great job filling in uneven spots on the aftermarket bumper. My last 2 cars brought to them were Corvettes with custom body panels. Both were painted perfectly and I have won over 30 car shows including several best of show awards with the 2 cars they painted. I even suggest friends to go there and they have done the same quality work on thier cars. Thank you to everyone at Jays.

Overall
what i should have got.

I had a 06 dodge charger with approx 38,000 miles repaired there, it was hit in the right rear quarter, they took two and a half times longer to do the repairs than they said, when i got the car back, I found they left the fog lights unplugged and the had left the wires pinched between the front panel pieces, took me awaile to find the wires and get them out I also discovered that they broke the left front fog light housing, left bolts out of the front header panel, left the plastic rivets out of both front inner wheel wells, also found they left the right rear speaker unplugged. When I plugged the speaker in I discovered that they had punctured it, and now it rattles. I could not figure out why they had taken the front end apart, then I realised they had put it on their alignment machine, my wife drives this car and I had not noticed that it pulls to the left and the tire are wearing funny until now. When I picked up the car they told me they would give me and my little girl both t-shirts for taking so long, they never delivered on that either. I called mickey at jay's and told him what I found in hopes that we could resolve and make this right, but he basicly called me a lier. and this is very insulting. If you read this I hope it will save you from a costly mistake, because your car is a expensive investment and I hope they don't treat you like they did me.
