Europa Bar & Restaurant

We went to Europa for my birthday today, and we had a wonderful lunch. Many of us, including myself, ordered grilled Salmon. The chef cooked it to perfection a little brown on the surface, yet, moist and tender inside. The dish comes with sauted string bean and mashed potato. The string bean was cooked thoroughly but still retained its crispiness. Mashed potato was smooth in taste and texture. Some of us ordered shrimp plates, chicken breast in wine, etc, and they also loved their plates! The price was very reasonable. The place has nice decors and music. This is one of the best places for lunch in Elizabeth. Well try dinner sometimes in the near future.
