Prestige Auto Wash

Would never recommend this car wash to anyone. I had really bad experience. I took monthly service package from them. Used one month. And right before they were deduct my credit card for next month( 7 days ago), i asked them to cancelled my service. They said we cannot do it on phone and you will have to come personally. I sent my wife their same day and she filled cancellation form to cancel and they said its been cancelled successfully. After some days i found they charge my credit card for next month fee. I went their with the bank statement and ask them to refund my money. they said we will take care of it and you will get your money back in next 7 days. I waited for 1 week. Still no sign of money. Since then, i have visited them 4 times in 4 months, they never gave my money back. These stupid people can not understand that take $26 from me, they are not gonna become millionaire. instead they are gonna loose their customers. They don't clean the car properly until you ask them specifically to do so.

I had a horrible experience. My 1st car wash with my new car. I bought a monthly package deal for unlimited washes and the minute I got home I see my rims are still dirty and a splatter of black water mud?? along both sides of the car...which by the way I selected the highest package that is guaranteed to keep you car looking clean for 5 days let alone 5 minutes. Sooo I go back have it re-washed. The guy didn't want to put armor oil on my tires because i didn't have a ticket but I insisted as I was there 5 minutes ago and i paid for it so he finally did it. Now i get home and see my rims are damaged along the outer edge. I have been super careful since my car is new to keep it scratch less. Now they ruined my rims. I now have to wait for the manager to call me on Monday. I am so disappointed i should have went with my other option the car wash on 1 & 9. I hope the manager does the right thing and takes responsibility.
